Title Search Plant software will allow our plant to be managed in a timely fashion. Our Plant Management group has converted our data to Title Search and will manage/maintain information in an accurate and reliable manner from week to week.

The latest version of Ramquest escrow software has been installed and will allow for an efficient and timely escrow process. This system allows for crucial information to interface and populate through all escrow documents so customer time is not wasted through phone calls, faxes and lost paperwork. On-line order forms will also eliminate other common delays experienced during the closing process. In addition, Ramquest allows for “Paperless Closer” as well as documents to be delivered to a secure site where customers can review their information prior to closing.

We have the capacity to close land, commercial and residential real estate transactions. In addition, we offer a competitive alternative to industry groups that need subscription access to our plants. Zia provides our experienced escrow officers with state of the art technology in an effort to maximize customer satisfaction to the above service products. Portable laptops with wireless technology will allow our closers to address customer time constraints and allow for closings at customer specific locations. This also allows for customer closings either day or night, whatever is most convenient for our customer, six days a week.
